Why don’t we post our phone number?

To keep our operations efficient and costs low, we do not have dedicated staff available to take phone calls. Therefore, we kindly ask you to email your questions, concerns, or issues, and include your phone number if a call-back is necessary. Our team will address your inquiry via email, but if needed, they will contact you by phone. This helps us maintain a streamlined process and ensures timely responses.

Can I pickup my order to save on shipping?

Unfortunately, the logistics involved make this unfeasible.

Can I visit your facility?

Unfortunately, no, we can’t accommodate your request. We’re just a warehouse, with nothing to see beyond stacks of cardboard boxes.

The tracking number shows no scans since pickup. Can you contact USPS/UPS/etc. to resolve this?

Occasionally, shippers may miss scans while your package is in transit. We recommend waiting a few days, as the tracking usually updates on its own 99.x% of the time.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any special access to reach the carriers directly, and our experience shows that checking on in-transit items is often unproductive. If your package is indeed lost, we will promptly send you a replacement and handle the claim process. This should only result in a slight delay for you.

Does Ammo USA ship to California?

The Safety for All Act introduces several changes, but the key point for Ammo USA customers is that, as of January 1, 2018, it is illegal to sell ammunition over the internet to any individual in California who does not have a Federal Firearms License (FFL) or another legally documented exemption.

Starting January 1, 2018, all ammunition transactions for private individuals in California, without a legal exemption, must be conducted in person.

Do I have to pay the Hazmat fee?

When you order gunpowder or primers, you have to pay the HazMat fee, as this is a fee our courier charges us for the additional handling and care of combustible items.
